What a beautiful place. Juan Pablo was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and we really appreciated the flexible check out time. The condo was very clean and well laid out for our family of 4. AC worked very well (hot in July!) and the beds were super comfortable. The pool at AWA is spectacular and was where our family spent most of our days. It really is on a resort level but very peaceful with beautiful tropical foliage and greenery surrounding it. It was so handy having delicious drinks and food served poolside and not having to venture somewhere else to find something to eat mid-day. The pool bar staff are so kind and friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of. Ricardo & Alex … muchas gracias! We would book this condo again without hesitation.

Juan Pablo was an amazing host , place looks like the pictures , close to the beach and grocery stores as well as to nice restaurants, I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay there again.

Appartement incroyable, dans une résidence moderne avec de nombreuses infrastructures de luxe. L’appartement est spacieux, agréable, et tout est à disposition. La terrasse est incroyable et dispose d’un jacuzzi privé tout en haut de la résidence. Tout est à proximité Juan Pablo L’hôte est très accueillant et très réactif, il nous a aidé sur beaucoup de choses et toujours très rapidement

Pros- this place is great for short or long term stay. Spacious living room/kitchen area with a open expansive view giving good natural light. Pool has loud music playing all day if you like that. Water available downstairs for purchase is very convenient and staff is friendly at front desk. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Internet works well for remote work. 10/10 recommend.

Our stay was great! We visit Playacar annually and this is now one of our favorite places to stay. The condo and overall: Juan was super responsive and very helpful. Our check-in was easy and the condo was great. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. It was clean and had just what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with things to cook and clean. I appreciated that there were glass food containers and not just plastic. Overall, AWA is great! This is our first time staying and the amenities are amazing, especially with 2 young children. The pool is huge and great for adults and kids, there is a playground, a playroom, bar, little restaurant, gym, co-working space, etc.. Side note- the bird watching from the balcony was great! We loved sitting and watching the birds in the morning and evening on the trees right outside.

Juan Pablo was attentive to everything, super kind, and truly an excellent host. The place is beautiful and has everything you need. We slept very comfortably. The condo is lovely, the pool is spacious, and I love that there’s an Off The Vine where you can enjoy a few drinks by the pool. We would definitely stay here again ✨
